****WARNING****: The first time you create your actions, save them, and close the app...Wait 60 seconds before reopening it (it is syncing your actions with the server in the background). Reopening too soon interrupts the sync and removes your actions.

BEFORE USING THIS APP
1. Some users have reported that their actions "dont save" or "disappear". If you using the app for the first time, create your actions, close the app...and wait at least 60 seconds before you reopen it. The app is syncing your actions in the background...if you reopen too soon, it will overwrite your actions with what is on the server (at this point, nothing!).

For starters, Im biased. I work for irunurun. That said, my experience using the app isnt really different from anyone else. And, it has been awesome... I would also admit that Im sort of a goal junky and tend to be more organized than most...but those are all reasons why I shouldnt need an app like irunurun, and yet I do...VERY MUCH. This app helps you achieve your potential thru FOCUS, CONSISTENCY, and ACCOUNTABILITY. FOCUS: It forces you to translate your goals and priorities into specific written actions and then limits them to 7. That alone is helpful. CONSISTENCY: It uses a simple 100pt scoring system so you always know how youre doing, and you can see your 24 WEEKS of scoring history at a glance. No more "flash in the pan" initiatives. ACCOUNTABILITY: If you use the app with friends and colleagues, you experience a healthy challenge every week to perform. And you can encourage others to stick with whatever is most important. Its taking my personal and professional relationships to a new level. RESULTS: So in this first year, here are a few work/life highlights. - Changed career, tapped into passion - Wrote 32 blog posts in 9 months - Read 15 books (only 1 the prior yr) - Lost 11 pounds,+H2O, walks, veggies - Made 100s of new sales intros - Read 1000 pages of the Bible - Quit drinking Diet Coke (tough!) - Got home earlier, more time w kids - Welcomed 5th child & stayed sane! First of all this is not a running app though if you are a runner you will love this too and use it for those purposes. On the weeks I have used irunurun versus those I have not the difference in my focus and productivity is incredible both at work and at home. I would highly encourage you to do two things when you download this app: watch the companys video on their site AND sign a friend up (or two or ten) to do it with you. It will truly make a difference. Enjoy!

When I was younger(long ago) I had guys who worked out with me and a sales manager that drove hard. Without those influences it became increasingly difficult to stay on track. Now, with irunurun, my small team keeps one another focused and on track! Thanks guys!
irunūrun has been a huge help to me to stay focused on actions to reach my goals: finding new clients, eating right, exercising, reading my Bible. Now that it has an iPhone app, its even easier for me to keep my actions up to date. Great job guys!
